Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav
Event Name: Medicinal Plants Sapling Distribution & Creating Awareness on Home Remedies dated 29-10-2021
On account of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration the commonly used medicinal plants were distributed to the health seekers visiting our hospital on 29th October 2021. A total of 164 medicinal plant saplings were distributed. The plants included Tulasi – Ocimum sanctum, Kumari- Aloe vera, Japa– Hibiscus rosa sinensis and Madayantika(Henna)- Lawsonia inermis Parnayavani(Doddapatre)- Coleus amboinicus etc and created awareness regarding the medicinal plant cultivation and usage of medicinal Plants for various ailments as home remedy. Students ,Staff and heath seekers actively participated in the event.
