UTSAV 2019
The annual day, utsav 2019, was held in the ground of SDM institute of Ayurveda, Bengaluru, on 6th February, 2019, in the presence of honourable Dr S Sacchidanand, vice chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and Maharshi Ananda guruji as chief guests and in the presence of Dr Prasanna N Rao, Principal, SDM Ayurveda College and hospital, Hassan,Dr Shailaju U, Professor, SDM Ayurveda College and hospital, Hassan, our Principal Dr Jagadeesh K and Dr Mrunalini Jagadeesh.
Dr Sacchidanand congratulated the institution on the glorious success and achievements in the academic field and also urged the students to take up research activities and utilise the RGUHS research grants, which is a new incentive introduced by RGUHS for undergraduate students.
Maharshi Anand guruji created a divine atmosphere with his inspirational words and encouraged the students to take Ayurveda a level higher by practising and propagating it.
The program began with the symbolic handing over of in charge to the student council 2019 followed by, the appreciation of achievers of the academic, cultural, sports and literary fields of the year 2018- 19, through a series of prize distribution.
Soon after this, the cultural programs began which gave the students an opportunity to display their variety of talents. The active participation of students of all classes made the cultural programs, colourful.
